Let clients pay from a secure public link, or manage invoices, quotations, projects, and support in a logged-in portal under your brand.
Friction kills payment conversion. NexInvoice gives you two client paths that work together:
- Public pay pages at
/pay/{token}. No account required. Clear company identity, amount or milestone, and a secure checkout button. - Client portal: invited clients sign in to see open balances, download PDFs, accept quotes, pay invoices, open projects, and raise tickets.
Why public pay links matter
Not every client wants another login. Tokenized pay links let you email or chat a URL and get paid. You choose which gateways appear. After payment, clients see a confirmation screen and your ledger updates automatically.
What clients see in the portal
A dashboard of open balances, invoices and quotations lists, payment history, projects after paid work begins, and support tied to the invoice. White-label logos and accent colors keep the experience yours, not a generic SaaS skin.
